It was like stepping into a different era—the rooms had an old-world charm, as if they carried stories from British times. The vintage vibe, reminiscent of the 80s, added to the unique experience. The service was exceptional, A special mention to Ayush, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. One of the most surprising and impressive aspects was the pick-up and drop-off service from the nearby stop anytime, which was completely unexpected and added a touch of luxury to our 訂房網站. Overall, a wonderful stay with a perfect blend of history, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

the entry to hotel is terrible and hotel rooms are not well kept. the management is only composed of 4,5 people and service is very slow. not equipped to handle full rooms. the hotel articitecture is old chram but needs a lot of uplifting

the entrance is very narrow they sent their driver to pick us out and drive our car & every time we wanted to go out or come in we were supposed to wait for their driver which made no sense also the rooms are small as compared to the professional pictures they have uploaded

I choose the normal room for 2 days and we upgraded it after we reached but on the next day they told us to shift to our original room because the room were booked. They checked the booking which caused the situation. Other than that the rooms were really good and the food was also yummy and service was excellent. Overall enjoyed the stay but the inconvenience was not good

We had an amazing experience at the property, their hospitality is beyond expectations. The staff is humble and genuine. The food is just amazing both veg and non veg that too at very nominal rates. Complimentary breakfast is also good with a variety of items

Terrible rooms very poor staff service very poor cooperation. Television not working hot water is not available to change the room request was denied light in the rooms are very bad. Hotel is very nice being a heritage hotel, cleanliness and service is excellent and so is the food. Minor inconvenience is the steep and narrow entrance to the road from mall road, but they drop you and pick you up at a call and very promptly. So it is ok. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The location is absolutely terrible, the property is old heritage building but not at all maintained, the staff is not polite and will treat you like you don’t value to them at all. The only good is the food which has that authentic pahari touch.
